Trust the Process is a commissioned portrait created to mark the opening of Jeff’s gym. The piece centres on the mantra that guides his approach: a belief in consistency, discipline and the commitment to keep moving forward.

Commissioned to mark the opening of his gym, this portrait of Jeff centres on his mantra – trust the process. For him, that process is built on grind, hustle and execution – the discipline to show up, the drive to push forward, and the focus to follow through.
